Each day we move through life under immense tension. Our hopelessly romantic hearts beat in our chests so loudly we can hear it even in the noisiest places. Our normally ordered and driven minds constantly working to pull our hearts back from the brink, to keep it from making decisions which would ruin us. But those chains holding our hearts back are worn and stretched so taut you could pluck it and play a note.

They’re waiting for another to put the smallest amount of pressure so they finally break. But those chains won’t whip around wildly. No, they’ll be grasped by new hands controlled by a mind as passionate and rational as our own. And as we pull on those chains we’ll come closer together, day by day and moment by moment.
