I am very new to Madison , and its getting very chilly outside. I think I'll adjust better to the new city and its harsh cold if I have someone to cuddle with. What do you think? No need to sneak off to a hotel - you could just come over to my place instead. Though single, I'm mature enough to handle the intricacies of a tricky relationship like the one we'd embark on. I expect you to have a lot of questions about this ,please ask them away in the most straightforth manner. Lets set the boundaries, and expectations before we get into it so that there won't be any future displeasures on both sides.
I don't need to know why you are here so long as you are sure about it. I won't expect you to be my full-time girlfriend though it'll be nice to grab a nice dinner together every once in a while.
