Isn't it strange how we spend so much time scrolling and searching. We know in our minds what we want but finding that needle in a haystack seems impossible these days, especially one that is nearby. I tend to see posts for different states, different countries, or hell a city just a little to far away of men I would be interested in pursuing. The men in these posts are often what I desire, the request for conversation, flirting, friendship, and the possibility of catching feels but distance is the hold out. Being able to get vulnerable and connect with someone is something I think we all seek. Sure sex is amazing, but so is smiling when you see a name flash on your phone, laughing silently because they sent you something funny, and knowing that someone is thinking of you throughout the day.
Like most, when starting out with new possible connections, the conversation is either on point, the chemistry is amazing then the slow fade out happens. Next thing you know it has been three days since you spoke. Other conversations turn south quickly, with creepy vibes, unsolicited sexual conversation, requests for nsfw pics, and refusing to accept the boundaries set.
