Common wisdom says that it's a bad idea for a married person to have an AP who's single. The difference in lifestyles leads to extra pitfalls with growing an extramarital relationship. I've tried it. And after a hiatus, I'm wanting to try it again.
The reason is because I realize that what I want in an AP isn't just one of lust. I want to fall in love again. In my twenties I was laser focused on academic and professional success that I sacrificed my dating life. And now that I have achieved the level of success I sought after, I want to recapture what I missed--to have that girlfriend I never had, and love and care for her properly. As opposed to back then when I dated with marriage in mind...it was as if each date was an interview. And I hated the judgmental dynamics.
The love I now seek is freeing, easy, and drama free, the way it ought to be. And this is a little more difficult with married APs, who typically don't have enough time other than to get together for a quick sex session. Nothing wrong with that. In fact, I've done it and it was fun and rewarding. But I crave more.
If you're single, why are you on this sub? Are you looking to date a real man, as opposed to boys, but don't have the time to get into a full blown relationship or attached to someone clingy? If you're not looking to get married, a married man may be the way to go since by definition we can't be clingy. All the good men are taken anyways, so they say. Or if having and tempting a married man is your kink, as in fucking him with his wedding ring on, or have him tell you how much better you are, that's cool too and I don't kink shame. If nothing else, I was going to find an AP anyways so, that should absolve you of any guilt. So if this resonates with you, let's talk!
