Greetings! I am not looking to change my situation (true DB - no cake-eating here) or yours. I am looking for ONE romantic, fun, passionate, and caring friend to spend time with on a LONG TERM basis; I have no desire to carve notches on a belt, if you catch my drift. Spending time means more than just hotel rooms, but also actual dates: dining out, movies, long walks . . .you know, the things that people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company do!
I am into confident, self-aware women, so if you are not sure about entering into an “outside” relationship, please pass me by. However, if you have a good sense of humor, enjoy being appreciated and love reciprocating, I would very much like to hear from you.
Now that you know a bit about what I am seeking, it’s only fair that I tell you a bit about me. I am 5’10” and have an athletic build (think small linebacker-type), with blue eyes and silvering/brown wavy hair.
I have been told that I “know a little bit about a whole lot of things” and love a spirited and intellectual conversation, as well as busting a gut over a clever meme (even though I am terrible at creating them). I am a big football and baseball fan (but not fanatic; I am hardly addicted to sports). I love old school comedy (think Animal House, Cheers, and Taxi) and can usually be found reading 2-3 books at a time (true crime, world history and science fiction being among my many interests). Huge fan of old movies (a pox on colorizing “It’s a Wonderful Life”!) and my musical tastes run from calls rock to 80s alternative and more. I’d like to think this is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg; feel free to dig deeper if you’d like.
