Something you wish was automated

I have been in Aerospace (structural) for 11 years. Iām trying to brainstorm things that can be automated that we do every day. Tedious things (besides meeting) that if we automated would make our day easier.
Example: I have to generate a memo for every task I do and the template can be easily populated by pulling information from a website. I am debating a UI that inputs the URL and pre-populates a portion of the memo.
