I want to begin with Aerial, it’s something I’ve wanted to do for years. I feel like this would be a great strength training hobby I’ll enjoy.
Currently, I don’t have much upper strength. I’ve never been able to do pull ups and my goal is to be able to that and just hang there without falling. Also, I’ve lost a lot of muscle from weight loss.
Is it best if I train my arms before getting into Aerial for a while to get them stronger?
Any exercises you recommend before starting? Or should I just begin despite that?
