I think the comments illustrates the mutual risk for both partners need to seriously consider in having casual sex. You can take precautions and try your best to not have any accidents but the risk is always there and it will be life changing whether abortion is an option or not.
If you think about it and really imagine the potential outcomes, the complications and risks are plenty. It’s a strong human drive to have the pleasure and intimacy without really thinking about the implications and consequences of an unintended pregnancy.
So yeah, I’d say if the idea of an unwanted pregnancy disturbs either person, that person should be responsible for prevention: voluntary condom use, insisted condom use, birth control pill or whatever.
