To keep things short and simple i’m 21 years old, excercise heavily 5 days a week, my slee schedule can vary alot depending on if i’m working or not, My sleep is VERY bad and sucks, I can’t describe it in words and ahve probably skipped 100 days worth of sleep just to ‘fix’ my schedule (which worked for 1 day)
Now I’ve had an idea, if I set a certain timeframe to wake up every single day, no matter how late I sleep, will my body naturally adapt to said time?
I’m willing to sacrifice 1/2 days of 2/4 hours of sleep (which is fine tocme as long as it isn’t being done repetitively)
Will I get any positive effects? Let’s say I wanna wake up at 6am daily from now on, will it get easier for me if I just wake up at 6 am no matter how late I sleep for a few days/weeks to get my body and mental state in rythm?
