I've gone to therapy before when I was depressed a year ago but never really got much out of it. Recently I've been thinking I should start going to therapy not because I'm depressed but I just need to talk over stuff with someone to try and resolve negative traits of mine. Or to try to talk about life to get a better life view. Whenever I tried to get advice from my therapist he would always avoid it or not give me a "real" answer. Is this just because they cant do it or did I have a bad therapist? Or am I looking for something else
