I work in a temporary environment training foreigners to do a job.
We recently got a new British girl and I thought she was cute at first, but would never go after a coworker or especially a trainee.
Anyway, I started training her a few days later and I am just... very interested in her. She is cute, extremely friendly, very nice, takes feedback well, laughs at everything (which I adore) and just in general has displayed most of the traits I'd look for in a partner. Except...
We are both in committed relationships, and I am not looking for a relationship at work regardless.
Basically, I am looking for advice to get over a workplace crush?
I am maintaining a completely professional attitude with her, but inside I am struggling. It doesn't help that we are in a geographically isolated environment, so I am not around my SO to take my mind off of my silly little crush. I just want to stress that I am not harassing, flirting with, or otherwise treating her any differently than any other trainee.
Tldr: does anyone have tips for making yourself like someone less?
