How do I sleep (seriously)
Post Body

20 year old male, feeling extremely good, healthy, going to the gym daily (6 days a week) eat healthy, etc etc.

Only downside is my mind is always running 24/7, no matter where I am or what I am doing my mind thinks for itself, I could talk to you while my mind is having flashbacks thrown or a whole different convo etc, to me it isn’t a problem at normal times but this doesn’t stop when I get in the bed.

I’ve gad many people suggest me

‘don’t use your phone before bed’

‘Read a book before bed’

‘Don’t eat before bad’

None of those work because that helps and kees you sleepy which is NOT my problem, I could be dead ass tired, exhausted both mentallt AND physically, lay in bed have that few seconds of ‘finally rest’ but still not being able to sleep because of my mind, whag can I do against this?

I usually didn’t mind aswell but I recently started working fulltime and it gets hard falling asleep at 4am and wake up at 7am, it also stalls my progression that I work for in the gym…

I tried white noise, brown noise, some relaxing sounds to me (rain, storm, weather) but nothing helps
