should I feel heartbroken?

A girl who I've not talked to in 15 years has come into my life again (both 29) over the last 3 days we have been texting on and off telling eachother that we miss eachother and that I had always had a crush on her, she came to see me the day after we started talking we went to a park and walked around for about an hour before she dropped me back at my place.she then told me that she wanted to kiss me but didn't want to make me uncomfortable I told her that I wanted to kiss her too. So the next day she told me she would see me after she got out of work but she text me saying she couldnt cause she felt kind of sick (were both getting over covid) so when she got home she continued to text me saying that she will see me tomorrow we call eachother little pet names like sweetheart and love and babe ect. So today I text her saying good morning I dont get a response until around noon when usually she would be the one to wake me up. So I ask her if I can see her when she gets home from work and she tells me she's not going to work but actually going to be out of town for a few days. I found that a little weird but maybe it was a last minute thing so I asked her to keep in touch while she's going to be out of town. I went on her timeline on social media and I see a post from some other guy calling her "his girl" and that she was with him today. So when I saw this I asked her if she could talk but I've yet to get a response from her, but I'm feeling absolutely heartbroken over it because I really thought something good was going on in my life for once.
