I have huge social anxiety; I even take meds for it; and being in a room with someone I don’t know is bad enough, but I realized recently that the freshman dorms I’m being put into have one or two big bathrooms per floor, each with stalls and numerous showers. The thought of it almost made me have a panic attack bc I have no idea how I’m going to manage showering in a place like that. I’m super nervous because I know I’m going to have to eventually shower there and it’s really debilitating me. It’s scary to think about showering in a place like that. Does anyone know any tips? Maybe like times people are less likely to be in there, ways to shower faster, stuff like that? I’d really really really appreciate anything Thank you
