I’ve been working multiple jobs for a while to stabilize and now the bills should be all caught up soon and I wanted to start saving up so I could take my spouse to Universal Studios. They’ve never been there, or anything more than a small county fair before. But Universal is the one I really want to take them to because I know it’d be their favorite because of Sanrio and harry potter. So I anticipated that I’ll have enough to take them at the end of the year or start of next year and really have the full experience. However their birthday is in the start of July and i was planning on taking them to a cheaper amusement park we can afford which is cedar point since its nearby and they’ve never been. However a friend of theirs offered to take them to universal for their birthday. I really wanted to be there for my spouses first time.. I dont want to be a jerk and ask them to turn it down, but in comparison I feel like my surprise would be so small in comparison and I’ve been dying to be able to take them to Universal for their first time since we were still just dating. I wanted to be there to share those memories.. I don’t know what to do..
