I work in a jail supervising the kitchen workers, at first it was a decent job, good pay lots of hours, there was 4 of us me being the newest

Well one of my coworkers was caught violating PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and so it's three of us my two remaining coworkers are making it so stressful and so bad that my mental health is declining back to what it was before I started therapy, I don't want to just quit and leave them in a situation where it's just the two of them because then they won't have any days off and it will make things worse for the inmates when they get in a bad mood but I can't keep this up I am in such a bad place mentally any advice is appreciated
