Dealing with noisy people at the pool

So summer is coming up and people have already started going to the pool. Unfortunately I live by the pool so I hear all the noise. Majority of time it’s during the day so it’s fine as long as It’s over when I’m ready for bed. Last year I had to call in a noise complaint because it was 1 in the morning. I wanna stay prepared this year so I have sleeping pills, headphones, Alexa has a white noise built in, etc?? Do y’all have any other recommendations to deal with outside noise? Thank you
