I have a 10 yr daughter who just started her period today and she is not like other girls she has ADHD / AUTISM and doesn't really understand a whole lot and me and my wife have no clue how to explain to her what going on we have before cause her sister started a year ago but she does not remember a whole lot so any advice or YouTube video who be great thanks
