I went to GameStop Christmas Eve and bought a couple games, some of which would have to be shipped to me. Well they arrived a day late (thanks to FedEx) and a big surprise when one of the games (that was confirmed to be the correct game instead before the order was placed) was the wrong one. Well I called GameStop and they reshipped the correct game with 2-day shipping but that was back on the 5th.
I waited and no updates on FedEx but GameStop swears they shipped it. They opened an investigation and after 3 days said that the package was lost in transit and I would have to wait another week at least for it to even ship again.
At this point Iām fed up, but idk what to do exactly. I feel like I need to just get a refund and buy it digitally but idk. Any thoughts?
