My wife is a teacher, she's very passionate about it and I truly believe she has changed lots of kids lives who otherwise would have been lost in the system.
However, the school system being as it is, she finds it very stressful and she's full of anxiety. It's really affecting her health both physically and mentally.
She shouldn't have to quit because of others actions, i.e poor management, bullying colleagues, etc!
But I really want her to be well and I feel like the solution would be to quit teaching and have a breather and realise there are other ways she can help out in this world. But I don't think she can see any alternative or is too scared to make the leap - as well as feeling like she doesn't want to leave her chosen profession behind!
Can anyone offer any advice or give me some ideas I can share with her to make her life easier?
