The one person I truly love stopped answering me out of no where

I’ve never told this person how I really feel about them but none the less we’ve been consistently talking (as friends) for the better part of 8 years. Over the last 2 weeks she’s completely cut me off. She’s left me on read for over a week now on both text and Snapchat. It kills me going from talking 24/7 to nothing at all. I don’t know what I did or said but how do I bring it up and ask her what’s going on?
