So for about 6mths Ive been paying for cleaners to come and clean my floors. My vaccum just cant handle the dog hair so I pay for a cleaner to vaccum the 2 rooms with carpet. Sweep and mop the tiles.

I pay per hour but they are lucky to last 20 minutes.

Up until now they have been amazing. Very happy with their services.

However today they had 2 trainees with them. One was in charge of the carpet. And as you can see by the photo. Is barely has been touched.

Im really not good with confrontation but have no idea how Im going to handle this?

I have a few friends over this week and I need the carpets cleaned. I paid for an house. They worked 20mins and the main job I wanted done, wasnt.

I really dont know how to word it without causing drama. They did the tiles amazing. But carpet is not touched.

The spare room looks like maybe they did a vaccum but barely and. The bedroom doesnt look touched.

How do I take this? I dont want to stuff their services up. Any advice
