I need help on how to handle this situation because it's very.. wild.

So.. I won't go into full detail about everything that has happened but I'll hit certain points. So this has been going on for over a year. I never really saw his side of the family until we reconnected last year. So, I hung out with him while on vacation. One night (he claims to be drunk but he clearly wasn't) and wanted to go look at the stars on the beach (it was cloudy btw). So, he grabbed a bathroom blanket that we could sit on. Once on the beach he wanted me to lay my head on his arm. I don't remember how it happened but he French kissed me and even tugged on my lip. He was very curious to know if was a virgin or not. He also grabbed my ass and said baby got back. He's called me beautiful and he didn't realize I'd go up to be a "hotty". He also admired my body and was picturing it naked. He purposely was flirting with me in front of family members. My family picked up on it and was extremely uncomfortable. He was kissing my neck and was being really weird. Recently, I got a sense that he was jealous of my male friends. He wanted to know who one certain person was and wanted to see him. I showed him a picture and he called him a geek. I was texting my other friend and he got super mad. He wanted me to tell my friend that I was with my boyfriend. And I looked at my cousin and said and who's that? He took the phone away from me and texted "I'm with a friend I'll hit you up later fag ass". He wanted to go on another walk but we never made it. He did rub my thigh again but this time he was super into it because they were super soft. He pulled me into a hug because the thought I needed one. He also pushed me over and pig piled me.
