I live in an apartment complex and my neighbor next door would let her young child (im assuming around 3) play outside alone.
Its a pretty big complex and has many buildings and stairways. The doors that lead to and from the units are locked at times. She isnt outside with the child and every time the child comes back in the building looking for his unit, he opens my door, and then runs away leaving the door to slam.
My wife has already talked to her about this before because he came into the house one day and my wife was showering. My son was outside which is why the door was unlocked, but my neighbor hasnt changed anything about her approach to watching her son.
Do I talk to her about this? Do i let my wife talk to her again? Do we go to the property manager about it?
