Post Body

After 21 days in high flow and 45 days in the icu my dad (56) passed away on Monday morning, the same date my dad and mum found each other and is engraved on their wedding ring. I (22m) have 2 older brothers (26 and 28) and a younger sister (19). I’ve been holding on the strongest and supporting everyone but all my siblings and especially my mother (49) are devastated. I’ve been trying to support her emotionally but every time she goes on Facebook she ends up seeing a message or a post and she starts spiralling which weights heavy on everyone else. I have accepted my fathers death and tried to move forward but the funeral is tomorrow and everyone is on edge. My dads mum who’s 82 just survived cancer but I genuinely don’t think she’s going to survive this regardless of how much I’m praying she does. I honestly have no idea what else to do.
