hi this won’t take long but i’m 20-M and my dad is super old schooled and highkey homophobic. now keep in mind im not gay but i do certain things that aren’t traditionally manly (mainly where a hair band and wear a scrunchie around my wrist cause i have long hair and hats aren’t always comfortable). every time he sees me do these things he tells me to get rid of them in a super condescending tone as if he’s asking not telling. now i’ve always been adamant on doing everything opposite to what my parents say bc most of what they say are stupid and tbh they’re actually really stupid (there’s more reasons but it would take too long to explain). should i just do what he says or keep doing me.
