I’m house sitting for a few days, should I sleep in the homeowner’s bed?

I normally wouldn’t mind sleeping on the couch, but we are in a fairly dangerous area and they don’t have blinds on the windows. The bedroom would be safer, but they didn’t tell me I could sleep in their bed. Do you think they would be mad?
