I have a 14 month old dog (Labrador/collie mix of it matters). He is very well behaved, completely house trained and very obedient. The problem is when he is left alone, for even a few minutes, he chews whatever he can get ahold of. Shoes, remotes, purses, hair brushes, even medication..I discipline him when I catch him chewing something but it seems like after 5 minutes he forgets and does it again. When Iโm at work, he is in his cage and I donโt want to put him in there more than necessary but Iโm running out of options..how do I get him to stop eating EVERYTHING??
