Shortness of breath (Not COVID-19 related)

Post Body

I've always had allergies, but it's gotten really bad. So I have been to my doctors recently because I've been having shortness of breath. He told me I have severe allergies. He sent me home with a prescription for Prednisone, a Ventolin inhaler, nasal spray. He also recommended Claritin witch I am taking. I've been using everything as directed and I still have shortness of breath. The doctor told me that a lot of people in central PA do have bad allergies. I've been out of state before and my allergies were basically gone (but this was before I started to have the shortness of breath.)

Is there anything I can do to get rid of the shortness of breath? It's been driving me crazy and giving me lots of anxiety.
