So I am in some deep shit, plz help

My girlfriend (18) and I (20) recently just found out she's pregnant, typically that'd be great news aside from the fact that neither of us are finacially or mentally ready for this and it completely caught both of us off guard. We were all being careful in the act, but evidently it didn't completely work.. Getting an abortion is off the table that we both agreed on, but now it just leaves us with the question of how to proceed with this, any advice?
