I can't decide if I should return to school this fall.
Post Body

I (18F) am about to finish my first college course, but it has stressed me out to the point where I am deeply depressed.

I'm going to seek out therapy between now and the beginning of the fall semester, but I feel like I won't be well enough to take on more classes.

The same thing happened to me in my Sophomore year of high school. I was so overwhelmed and stressed that I almost took my own life and had to stay in a psychiatric ward for a week. Thankfully I switched to an alternative school that pretty much saved my life.

Here's my problem. If I don't go, will I just sulk at home all day? I assume my therapy appointments would only take up 1-2 hours of my week.

What should I do? Should I return or not?
