I really want to name and shame a Kik seller who ripped me off. What should I do?
Post Body

Here's some advice: if you see someone on Reddit promoting a service on Kik, it's probably not a good idea! This person was selling, well...custom videos...Yeah. (Hey, don't judge me!) They sermed reasonable at first, and their price was a bargain, but they turned out to be wildly unprofessional. They got the video done when they said they would, in just an hour, but then couldn't figure out how to get it to me. When email wouldn't work, I suggested Dropbox. They couldn't figure out how to share the file with me, and while I tried to help I could only do so much without being able to see exactly what they were doing wrong. Finally, they somehow figured out how to send the video by email, only when I got it it had no sound. I asked them to fix the sound and resend.

By this point we had been going back and forth for a day. My request to fix the sound went unanswered AND unread for ANOTHER day, total ghosting. I'll admit by the time they finally responded I was furious. It wasn't just all the technical difficulties they had had, they didn't have the professional courtesy to even READ my request, much less give even a simple response like "I'll take care of it tomorrow". So yeah, I went off on this person. No name calling, but I was harsh. They refused to accept any responsibility or acknowledge any lapses in professionalism. A one hour job had stretched to two days, and I still didn't get what I asked for. No apology whatsoever.

Yes, I acknowledge that someone promoting a service through Kik is not a professional. Maybe I shouldn't emphasize professionalism but instead appeal to basic decency. When you say you'll do a job and the work is turned in late and is shoddy quality, the decent thing to do is listen to and respond to your client's feedback, not blow them off and then childishly protest it wasn't your fault.

So yeah, I feel furious about being ripped off AND for having my time wasted. I REALLY want to name and shame this person. They're all over Reddit promoting their Kik. But I don't know where the appropriate place to do that is. Some of you I'm sure will try to talk me out of it. I mean, if that's your advice I'll at least consider why it's a bad idea. Still though, I have to admit I want some kind of justice, even if it's just exposing this person as the huckster they are.

ETA: I'm a 35 year old male, in case that matters.
