How can I make a motivational day in a habit?

Hey Reddit!

Yesterday I had an awesome day, I did a lot of things (like studying, cleaning, I even exercised and ate healthily) which made me feel amazing. But today I woke up feeling pretty lazy and now that the day is pretty much over, I feel like crap because I feel like I can't keep a routine. How can I make these days when I feel pretty motivated to be productive in a habit, or a routine?
