So... I want to preface this with some facts. I'm James.
- James - 27 Year Old Male, Gainfully Employed
- Amber - 22 Year Old Female, Pregnant, works at McDonalds
- Jordan - 29 Year Old Male, Gainfully Employed
Jordan was set to move in on the 14th of January. That has not, as of yet, changed.
Amber is living her, sorta, right now, but hasn't been put on the lease yet. (She will be when Jordan moves in, though.) - Just easier for the Landlord that way.
With Jordan being put on the lease, rent does not change. With Amber also being put on the lease, (and being unrelated to either of us) rent goes up an extra $275.
Amber is unable to pay rent, as she barely makes enough money to pay her car insurance because McDonald's is a crappy job. She's also pregnant.
So, my conundrum is: Jordan would be paying just enough to offset his living here. I'd continue paying what I pay right now without any change. I'm not overly interested in doing this, nor do I really want to throw a pregnant chick out on her ass because that seems really rude and bad to me.
So... advice? Uhg. I feel like a moron writing this. :P
