Purchased 20 acres in Michigan, need "deed" advice

So my family was looking for land up in Michigan and found a 20 acre parcel that was bank owned (it was foreclosed on) for a good price, decided to buy it, thinking there was a clear title, and 2 hours after wiring the money, we get a call from the real estate guy claiming that he forgot to have us sign an "affidavit" concerning the deed being a "covenant deed", not a "warranty deed". Can someone give me some advice on this matter please :c
