I started a weight loss//fitness journey mid last year and I’m hoping to get some advice.
SW: 369lbs CW: 324lbs GW: 250lbs
I’m looking for some insight into my workout routine since I feel like I’m not doing it effectively. Here’s a look at my routine I started a few weeks back. Before I started at the gym, I focused heavily on getting my diet right so I’m hoping I’m making the right move here.
I go three days a week (m,w,f) and each day is followed by a 30 minute walk
Push Seated chest press - 30 (3x10) Incline press - 30lbs (3x12) Seated dip- 65lbs (3x12) Shoulder press 38lbs (3x10) Cable lateral rise
Pull day Row (2x15) 70lbs Pectoral fly (3x12) 70lbs Lat pull down (3x12) 65lbs Bicep curl (3x12) 20-30lbs
Leg day Seated leg curl (3x12) 100lbs Squat (3x12) 100lbs Leg press (3x10) 120lbs Torso rotation (2x12) 70lbs
Does this seem right? Should I see any results soon? I’m currently at a stall and I’m hoping to break it.
I am in a calorie deficit if anyone is curious
