I’ve been talking to this guy and he wants to take it to the next step but I’ve never done IT before…tips?

I’ve seen pictures and it’s…big even my toy isn’t that big. He also said he wanted to eat me out and I’ve never had that happen I’ve always been against it but if I did what should I do to ensure that it won’t taste bad? And since it’s my first time idk if there’s a position I should do to make any pain as minimal as possible. Mind you I’m 5’4 he’s 6’2 so I knew he’d be packing a few inches but not that.I haven’t told him I’m a virgin yet bc I’m a little scared ngl.
