Got out of 10 year relationship and don't know how to find someone new.

As title says... I got out of a 10 year relationship 16-26. I never really got to explore as I stayed loyal to her. But the last few years have been rough and decided to end it. That being said I seem to struggle finding people to even conversate with. I've tried dating apps, fb dating, going out and it just seems like all I get are fake accounts or cold shoulder. What are some tips or advice to finding someone for you after not being in the game almost never.
