Is it worth it to pursue a girl that’s never been interested in relationships?
Post Body

I (M27) just got into contact again with my friend from high school (F27) after 8 years of no contact. Before graduation, I didn’t have very strong feelings for her but after not seeing or talking to her for so long. It made me realize just how much I missed her. Now that I’m talking to her again, my feelings have become overwhelming and I can’t stop thinking about her. I asked if she’s married and got kids, she said no. I asked if she’s “met that special person yet” and she also said no and added that she’s “not into that at all.” I’ll be happy just being her friend again but I’m thinking if it’s worth a try to be something more than friends.
