I’m 19 with a stupid red sports car (2015 bmw 228i) I absolutely regret getting it due to how much fun and how exciting it is, and I’ve made some mistakes. I got 5 citations on my record in total now. 3 for speeding 10 over, 2 for no insurance (speeding and no insurance was 1 citation) and a criminal citation for driving with a suspended license. I have a court date in a few days and I’m super nervous because I can get up to 30 days in jail. On paper I look like a dangerous and careless person who’s also a minority but that isn’t the case at all. Im living and learning and want to do better. Do I hire an attorney or just plea my innocence and hope for the best?
