I have never had any irl friends. I’ve been bullied ever since I was 7. It never ended. The most recent was this spring. It happened every year. Every single year is the same cycle of going to school, being bullied, and spending summer alone. I need a guide on how to make friends. I need instructions. Where to go, when to go, how to look, what to say, how to say it, etc. Don’t give me generic bullshit. “Be yourself” is the worse advice I’ve ever gotten. “Friends come naturally” is a fucking lie. “Find people with similar interests” never worked. They fucking hate me. “Just talk” is completely useless. The only thing that will help is specific instructions
