Why Do Genuine Connections Feel So Distant?
Post Body

Hey everyone,

I’ve been single for quite a while now, and lately, I’ve been feeling like I want to open myself up to dating again. The thing is, I’ve never really been interested in dating guys within my country (Philippines). I’ve always been more drawn to American or European men (particularly white men), as I feel I have a better connection with them.

I’ve tried using dating apps, but I’m not finding the genuine connections I’m hoping for. It feels like a lot of people are either not serious or just looking for something casual, and that’s not really what I’m after. I’m looking for something long-term and meaningful, with someone who’s mature, has a sense of humor, and isn’t afraid of the idea of a long-distance relationship.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to approach this? Are there any dating apps or platforms that cater to international relationships, or other ways to meet people who align with what I’m looking for? I’d appreciate any insights!

Thanks in advance!
