Is my secretary trying to hunt something?

I have this secretary and her and myself are close but I don’t know if she wants to fuck or not. There is a large age gap but that doesn’t really matter to me truthfully. We have had conversations that got pretty dirty but nothing directed at eachother. She said something that really got me going though. We talked about an ex and she mentioned that she was a freak and liked it in her butt and both my heads raised instantly. I want her but I don’t know if it’ll ruin a friendship. Help?
