What is the best type of portable charger to bring on a day trip to the city, (Preferably around or under $30)?

I am planning on taking a day trip to the city this weekend and need a power bank quick, so preferably one I can buy in store or like on Amazon. I know other sites have good options but the shipping times on those could vary.

My phone does not have the most reliable battery and I am planning on using it quite a bit with my friends, not to mention the current heat does not really do good in terms of its battery life. The current one I have right now is an Anker Portable Charger, USB-C PortableCharger 10000mAh with 20W Power Delivery, 523 Power Bank (PowerCore Slim 10K PD) which I got on Amazon for $25.

I'm looking for a second bank as insurance. Any tech advice/ recommendations would be much appreciated.
