My car didnt pass smog and i gota big ticket for no ins/tags, it passed before when,,,

somebody followed me to the smog station with a long cable to connect a Corolla in the parking lot while my avalon was on the dyno when i bought the car, but now it wont pass, ive been living in it since last christmas. Idk wat to do, im afraid of going to homeless shelter..i think they, or somebody in there wil take my wallet, i have very little money and tax returns coming, if they processed corectly on turbo tax app...
