We have a very easy job but they complain and grown with every task. They talk trash about how much they hate customers and minorities, how they would attack them with a flashlight or hammer and claim self defense.

The one was so fusterated he stayed up until 3am at home because there was more customers than usual in the building and bitched for an hour straight on the next shift about how much he hates Muslims. A couple weeks ago he started screaming at me to punch out and got so fusterated he left. I mostly ignore him because he's a mentally ill drug addict.

We don't have any leadership on the team of five and only interact with the boss once or twice a day.

What would you do in this situation?
