How do I quit being so prideful and full of ego?
Post Body

Hey y’all, Happy New Year.

As we all are used to, in the beginning of the New Year most people will have their New Year’s resolution or whatnot. I don’t have any but I do know this year I want to start changing for the better.

Problem is, I am extremely lazy and self sabotaging, and on top of that my pride and ego won’t let me do the things I find myself itching to do (ex. go to the gym or get a job)

I also might suffer from ADHD cause I’m having a harder and harder time reading and comprehending things. Not everything but when it is something important I tend to get intimidated by whatever it is and get discouraged way too quickly. Don’t think those are typical symptoms of ADHD so my bad if I’m just mislabeling myself.

I’m just wondering how I can calm my ego and pride the hell DOWN so I can get to the things I’ve been meaning to. Is there any books you guys would recommend? Any YouTube videos or podcasts I can check out to gain some perspective and motivation? Anything would be appreciated!
