It’s happened 3 times. He just got a job with an awesome company that pays well and here we go again! He does fine for a few weeks and then just starts calling in late and lays in bed. We have talked to him until there is nothing left to say. Even sent him to a dr to be checked for possible depression. They prescribed him an anti depressant but he quit taking it after two weeks. We make him pay his car insurance and phone bill. It’s like he just doesn’t give a shit and eventually gets fired. Like today for instance…his alarm went off and he turned it off. I went in his room and asked if he was going to work he said yes. I wait 30 min and go back and he’s back asleep. I ask again are you going to work and he says yes. It’s now 1pm and he’s still asleep. He said he called in late but HOW LATE are you gonna be?? We don’t know what to do! But it’s driving us mad!! Any suggestions? Thanks!
