How to Prove that a woman Doesn't have a baby?

My ex-gf (38F) has claimed to have my child and but won’t let me see them. Shes not asking for child support or anything so I can’t force her to get paternity. I'm 99% certain she’s lying and there’s no kid, but I want to be 100% certain. How can I prove that she doesn't have a baby?

She’d have to have a baby seat in her car right? Or if I caught her coming and going from her house she’s have to have the kid with her?

What are some ways I could prove she doesn’t have a kid without confronting her because she won’t tell me?
