Ex threatening to get primary custody on our daughter

I’m currently (almost) 40 weeks pregnant with my daughter. My ex and I broke up in February and he’s been threatening to go to court for primary custody of our unborn daughter and told me today he has a meeting coming up with a lawyer. He has more money than me right now because when we were together I was a stay at home and when we broke up I was too pregnant and uncomfortable to get a job so I’ve been using EBT, WIC, and a side job to survive. I’m afraid he’s going to win because he has more money than me? Does anyone have any advice? I’m confused and court is new to me.
